General Refund Conditions

All refund requests must be submitted within the specified time limits for each service category.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
A processing fee of 10% is deducted from all approved refunds to cover administrative and payment gateway costs.
Service provider approval may be required for certain categories as specified in the table above.
Partial refunds may be considered for partially delivered services at platform discretion.
No refunds will be processed for services consumed in full or after the specified time limits.

Refund Request Process

Submit refund requests through your account dashboard or customer support portal.
Provide detailed reason for refund request along with supporting documentation if applicable.
Platform will review the request within 24-48 hours of submission.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically; rejected requests will include explanation.
Customers will receive email notifications at each stage of the refund process.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel bookings or orders within the refund eligibility timeframes specified above.
Service providers may cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances and must provide immediate notification.
Provider-initiated cancellations result in full refunds without processing fees.
Repeated cancellations by service providers may result in account suspension.
No-show policies apply as per individual service provider terms and conditions.

Oneconnectify acts as an intermediary platform. While we facilitate refunds according to this policy, the quality and delivery of services remain the responsibility of individual service providers. This policy is designed to balance customer protection with fair treatment of service providers.

Dispute Resolution

Unresolved refund disputes may be escalated to our customer service team for mediation.
Platform reserves the right to make final decisions on disputed refund cases.
All disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction and applicable consumer protection laws.
Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms may be available for high-value transactions.
