About Oneconnectify

Oneconnectify is a digital platform that connects service providers with users across multiple categories including Books & Publications, Chat Services, Educational Content, Business Consultancy, and Physical Space Rentals.
The platform acts as an intermediary facilitating transactions between service providers and end users.
All services are provided by independent third-party vendors, with Oneconnectify serving as a technology platform.
Platform registration and basic listing services are provided free of charge to all users.
Users can connect with dynamic real users including Students, MSMEs, Professionals, Startups, Farmers, Doctors, and other categories.

2. Service Categories & Eligibility

Books & Publications

Only original writers, publishers, or authorized sellers can list books on the platform.
Service providers must handle delivery of hard copies with valid tracking updates.
Taxes are the sole responsibility of the seller/publisher.
No platform liability for legal or delivery issues.

Chat Services

Free chat is available unless one party sets a price after mutual first message.
Recipient must reply first to unlock chat functionality.
Either side can set price after initial conversation. If sender wants to charge, they must end chat and wait for response again.
Recipient is responsible for tax compliance on paid chat income.

Lecture & Classes

Trainers, educators, institutions can host live or recorded sessions.
Users can enroll in free or paid classes.
Class hosts are responsible for timely delivery and session quality.
In case of technical issues, session must be rescheduled or refunded.

Business Consultancy Services

Professionals and firms can offer advice or services directly to users.
Consultation may be via chat, call, or booking system.
Oneconnectify is not liable for advice accuracy or outcomes.
Consultants are responsible for taxes and compliance.

Physical Avenue

Vendors can list verified spaces like Libraries, Hostels, Co-Working Spaces, Halls, Offices, Restaurants, and more.
Users can browse and book spaces for study, stay, events, or business purposes, subject to applicable charges.
Vendor must ensure accurate listing details (capacity, facilities, pricing, rules). Misleading or false info can lead to suspension.
Vendors are responsible for timely access, cleanliness, and delivery of promised facilities.
Any last-minute cancellations by vendors may result in penalties or suspension.
Vendor must comply with all safety, legal, and local regulations for their listed property.
Oneconnectify may promote vendor spaces, but final responsibility for quality, safety, and user experience lies with the vendor.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Service Provider Obligations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date service listings and profile information.
Deliver services as described in listings within agreed timeframes.
Respond to user inquiries and booking requests in a timely manner.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
Maintain appropriate licenses, certifications, and insurance as required for their services.
Handle customer data in compliance with privacy laws and platform policies.
Report technical issues or service disruptions promptly to platform support.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information during registration and booking processes.
Use platform services only for lawful purposes.
Respect intellectual property rights of service providers and platform.
Report fraudulent or inappropriate content or behavior to platform administrators.
Pay for services as agreed and within specified timeframes.
Provide honest feedback and ratings for received services.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service-Specific Refund Terms

Books: No refund for items Rs. 250 or below. Refunds allowed within 2 days for valid cases above Rs. 250 with 10% deduction. Seller approval required.
Chat: Paid chats are non-refundable if price Rs. 500 or below. Refund allowed only above Rs. 500, within 2 days, with 10% deduction on net collection.
Lectures: Refunds applicable if user raises issue within 1 day of class, subject to approval. 10% deduction applicable.
Consultancy: Refund allowed within 2 days only for service not delivered or cancelled by consultant. 10% deduction applies.
Physical Spaces: If a user raises an issue within 1 day of booking (subject to approval), refund will be processed with a 10% deduction. In case of technical/operational issues (double booking, space unavailable, etc.), vendor must reschedule, provide an alternative, or issue a full refund.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Service providers receive payments after deduction of applicable platform commission.
For Books: Payout after 7 days, for balances Rs. 1,000 or more.
Currency for all transactions is Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Failed payments will be retried according to payment gateway policies.

Taxation & Compliance

Service providers are solely responsible for all applicable tax obligations including GST, income tax, and professional taxes.
Platform will provide transaction statements for tax filing purposes upon request.
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) may be applicable as per Indian Income Tax regulations.
Service providers must maintain proper documentation for tax compliance.

6. Platform Liability & Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Oneconnectify acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or delivery of services provided by third-party vendors.
Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Service providers are independently responsible for their professional conduct, legal compliance, and service delivery.
Platform does not guarantee continuous availability of services and may undergo maintenance or updates.
Users acknowledge that platform services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

7. Account Management & Termination

Account Policies

Users may terminate their accounts at any time with written notice.
Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
Outstanding payments and obligations survive account termination.
Platform may modify these terms with notice to active users.
Continued use of platform services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Dispute resolution will be governed by Indian jurisdiction and applicable laws.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Data Handling

Platform collects and processes user data in accordance with published Privacy Policy.
User data is protected through industry-standard security measures.
Service providers have access only to necessary user information for service delivery.
Platform complies with applicable data protection regulations including IT Act 2000 and subsequent amendments.
Users have the right to request data deletion upon account termination, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
